Who we are. This website is operated by the founders of Voygr, Ishan Kar and Deep Gada, a business in formation based in Bengaluru, India (“Voygr”, “we”, “us”). Until a company is incorporated, they are jointly responsible for the personal data collected through this site. You can reach us about anything in this policy at deep@voygrlab.ai. When the company is incorporated, this policy will be updated to name it.

What we collect and why. The only personal data this site collects is what you type into one of its two forms.

If you use Request engineers, we collect your name, work email, company, the number of engineers you need, your start date, a job description, and the skills and languages required. We use this to understand your request, reply to you, and prepare a shortlist if you ask for one.

If you use Become a partner, we collect your company, name, role, work email, the number of engineers you have available, their primary skills, and your message. We use this to assess a possible partnership and reply to you.

We process this data because you have asked us to respond to your enquiry (performance of pre-contractual steps at your request) and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use your data for marketing unless you later agree to it, and we do not sell it.

What happens to a submission. When you submit a form, your answers are emailed to the two Voygr founders and a copy is stored in our website database so that nothing is lost. Our service providers for this are [Lovable Cloud / Supabase] (hosting and database) and Resend (email delivery). Our domain is registered with GoDaddy. These providers process your data only on our instructions.

Where your data goes. Our providers’ servers may be located outside India, the UK or the EU, including in the United States. Where data leaves the UK or EU we rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses for international transfers.

How long we keep it. We keep form submissions for twelve months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless an engagement has started, in which case the information becomes part of our records for that engagement.

Cookies and analytics. This site does not set cookies for tracking.

Your rights. Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to withdraw any consent you have given. To exercise any of these, email deep@voygrlab.ai; we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your data protection authority; if you are in India, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children. This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes. If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
