Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. About this site. This website is published by the founders of Voygr, Ishan Kar and Deep Gada, a business in formation based in Bengaluru, India (“Voygr”). It describes services we intend to offer to AI labs, AI data platforms and IT partner firms. Using the site means you accept these terms. Any engagement will be entered into by the company once incorporated, or by the founders until then.

2. Information only. The content of this site is for general information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract. Any engagement with Voygr, whether to supply engineers or to partner with us, is governed solely by a written agreement signed by both parties, and that agreement prevails over anything on this site.

3. Forms and enquiries. Submitting a form does not oblige either of us to anything. We aim to reply within one working day but do not guarantee a reply or a shortlist. Information you submit must be accurate and must be yours to share. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Our content. The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Voygr or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not copy, republish or use any part of the site, including our logo, for any other purpose without our written consent.

5. Acceptable use. You must not use this site, its forms or its email addresses to send unsolicited marketing, to submit false or misleading information, to attempt to access systems that are not meant for you, or in any way that could damage or overload the site.

6. Third-party links and services. The site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability. The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voygr and its founders are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

9. Changes and contact. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Questions: deep@voygrlab.ai.
